it sounds like you may be having a form of a seizure. there can be many other things as well that contribute to it, eye problems and disorders ( mine is pseudo papillidema) do you find it happening after any sort of specific activity? either way, you really must see a doctor, and i would do it sooner, rather than later.

how on earth do you accidentally look into the sun for 5 seconds??? You might need to go right back to the eye doctor. That's not good for your eyes at all.

go to the doctor right away--my friend had that and she went to the ER and they gave her a catscan--SHE HAD A BRAIN TUMOR! i mean you probably don't have that but i mean it could be something a little bit more serious than you would think!! good luck hun!! don't get freaked out about this though!!:) just try to get to your doctor soon!!

Could be a side effect of a medicine you are taking,migraines, or you are not breathing enough(happpens to me)

sounds like a mild migrane. If you get this frequenly i suggest you visit the doctor. They will help determine the cause, it could be something lacking in your diet.
