a couple buddies and i went to hooters. my girlfriend knew i was there cause i had talked to her when i was there.thats not the problem. she was at her aunts and said she would call me when she was done. i was eating my sandwich when my phone rang it was on the table cause i dont like when it is in my pocket and i had talked on it. the hooters girl was talking to my buddies and me when my phone rang i reached for it but she grabbed it, i told her do not answer my phone, she did and i havent talked to my girlfriend in like 5 days need help.

my boys and i go there to hang out and she is always our waitress im not saying it was right for her to answer my phone at all and i did try to grab it from her

You should talk to her, write her a note, send her a message on her answering machine, anything! From her view point that looks BAD! tell her everything that happened, and maybe if that doesn't work a buddy that she knows you were with can help you out and he could tell her what happened if she doesn't believe you. I'm sure if she really loves you she is just hurt and confused about the situation and will realize that you were telling the truth. Just try and explain no matter what, its pretty much up to her weather to believe you or not. Thats all I can say about that. I hope she believes you.

I would have talked to the waitresses supervisor. Fun is fun, but you are the customer and she was using your personal property without your permission.
Then again, if your GF has a hissy fit after knowing it was the waitress who answered the phone, she needs to loosen up a bit.

thats a tough spot. You need to talk to her and let her know what happened. Tell her the truth and tell her you are sorry. If she really loves you should would understand and get over it. But she sounds immature if she is going to not talk to you for 5 days b/c of it. If you love her and want to be with her then work it out, if not- then get rid of her and find someone more mature.
