i mean what if i wanna come back to the us again ?

If you've already left the US, either hand-carry or mail your I-94 to the nearest US embassy or consulate. If the date on the I-94 is past, then also show the ticket you returned on, the entry stamp in your passport, or any other evidence of the date on which you returned to your own country.

First of all you have to keep your I-94 in your passport all the time you're in the US. When you leave they take it and staple it in your boarding pass so the airline keeps it when you return they give you a new one

if you have overstayed you will be barred from reentering the USA if you leave.
