Look for the phone number in the local yellow pages for Armed Forces Recruiting. It takes an especially strong bondy and mind to be a good Marine, so be that, or look elsewhere.
I am in the Air Force, and KNOW that it takes a strong heart, mind, and body to perform in ANY service.

First, get a lobotomy.
Then head over to the nearest recruiting station. Remember to drool a lot and say you believe Bush is telling the truth.
They'll know you want to be a marine right away...

The Best way to join any branch of service is to see your local recruiter. In fact that is the only way I know to join the military.
