Stop watching world news programs.

Your dreams are your unconscious minds way of working out what you've learned during the day, some believe that any way.

Death in dreams most of the time doesn't mean death at all, usually means either someone you haven't seen in a while will return to your life, or someone new will enter your life.

Go out and get a good dream dictionary, write your dreams down and use the book to see what kind of meaning each may have.

Also you do have good dreams, we actually only remember about 20% or so of our dreams, the more vivid the dream the more likely we'll remember it.

maybe you can convince your parents to support Worlvision.. adopt a child.. and pay the "less than a dollar a day" to ensure that child gets the proper nutrition/education/and life they need to survive! maybe just knowing that you were able to help that one person will set your mind at ease and allow you to have happy thoughts while you sleep!

I used to get nightmares every night, but when I became christian, my pastor told me to read Psalms 23 when I got scared, and to pray.......it worked for me.
