Sorry that people can be jerks. You should not give a crap what anyone thinks. Listen to what you like. I listen to whatever I feel like. When I am mad I listen to metal, when I am sad I listen to country, when I am happy I listen to everything under the sun. When I am stuck in traffic I turn on Bluegrass music really freaking loud to piss of the people in the car next to me. It is great.

I think it may be because you can't spell worth a damn. Take the time to stop "lestin'" to rock and metal and open an English book.

So is Vernon Reid. So was Jimi Hendrix. So let people get over themselves - you just be you & rock on. Besides, rock & roll came from the blues (originally black music), which was derived from the old ***** Spirituals of the 19th Century. So it's a black art form at it's roots anyway.
