no it doesn't mean that the girl is bad at sex it means that he probably has his eyes on another lady and that's why the girl can't fulfill him sexually. It's the sick truth....

Too hard to say with this info. He's definitely bored, we can know that much.
You need to find out WHY he's not satisfied. Maybe he wants more than one partner, or maybe he wants new positions. Maybe he is unattracted, or maybe the girl just doesn't move around much and is a complete bore in bed.
The girl should not learn how to have good sex by watching pornos. The women in pornos are the most boring love makers I've ever seen. To be good in bed you have to be moving at all times, even if it's just a little bit. Use your hands A LOT. Put them all over his back (use your nails, that's hot).
Encourage many different positions in the same session, make some up as you go... be creative.
Talk as you go too, and not just the stupid stuff like "yeah oh yeah" or "oh harder". Talk to him dirty. Ask him if he likes whatever you're doing.
Be a tease in bed too. If you are having intercourse, stop what you're doing and start using just your hands for a minute. Or get up and do a little seductive dance. He'll be dying to get you back in bed.

It doesn't mean that she is bad sexually. He just isn't being fufilled because he may want something different, something more, or someone else. If she can't satisfy her man then she needs to find someone who she can. She needs someone who will appreciate what she has to give.

Have him tell you what he wants and needs from you and then do it. Don't get all stupid chick and say gross I won't do that! You never know you may really like what you learn from him. Take a night to explore....have a few drinks and have him start by telling you what he wants, then you take a turn and do be honest and don't be shy! After a half hour or so of finding out each others faves you will be ready to take your new tricks and knock his socks off.

Did you ask him what he means?
The two of you need to sit down and discuss what turns you on, what is a turnoff, and how it can get better.
Improvements will not happen just by themselves, accidentally.
He might be saying that you don't seem attractive to him anymore.
Or he might want something that he's embarrassed to reveal. But nobody's a mind --reader, so talking is the only way to get to a solution.

it depends- if YOU are a girl and he is talking about another girl then he is lying to make you feel bad so you will sleep with him. On the other hand, if it is you he is talking about and someone told you - then you pretty much stink in bed.
