Made plans with a (platonic) internet friend to meet this Sunday as he will be attending a sports event in my town. He said he'd give me his phone number and has not done so yet. Should I remind him? Should I just go to the location and find him? Should I let it go and just razz the hell out of him on Monday for blowing me off?

Give your friend the benefit of doubt and remind hm. Make sure that it is in a public place and have fun. You never know what kind of friendship could evolve!

This is the sign that he isn't interested or is just too care-free to care. I'd blow him off! Find another guy who actually gives a hoot. Tell him to suck off the next time you see him or just ignore him while you're hanging onto your new stud.
