I saw it on a paternity Maury show. A woman took a man to the Maury show to prove paternity for her twin boys. The guy she had tested was the father of one boy but not the other. The boys were ferternal twins( two separate eggs). The mother had to have had sex with two or more different guys within hours of ovulation for it to have happened. But it CAN happen.

Theoretically yes, but the most likely way this would happen would be as a result of accidentally mixing in the wrong sperm during in vitro fertilization and then implanting embryos fertilized with different sperm.

Obviously, the twins would be non-identical.

No twins are born most often because there are two eggs in the womb at the time of fertilization. One egg cannot be fertilized at a later date.
Or because the zygote seperated during gestation resulting in identical twins.

It is possible if they are fraternal, which in that case there would have to be two different partners in a very close time and two eggs. That would be a dilemma for sure. Another story idea for Jerry Springer lol

Yes, it has happened. It was a big issue on and evening TV program not too long back. Can't remember which one though. I think it had to do with a fertility clinic mix up.

yes they can, I was watching the Maury Show and the lady had twins and the guy was the father to only one of twins. seems strange but very true

If they are fraternal (non-identical) then it is possible because each baby came from a different egg. I'm sure it's quite rare though!

Yes, if they are fraternal and the mother had unprotected sex with two or more men within hours of each other.
