gravesendian said it perfectly as far as I'm concerned. I agree 100%.

Morality is a purely human construct. What is "moral" or lawful in one part of the world, can be immoral or illegal in another part. Take prosititution...in some countries it is legal, in others not. What makes the difference? Difference in human perception...difference in what is considered an acceptable standard of behaviour.

Many in our society today are immoral. Living together without being married, Someone in an answer said society determines the morality..That is not true..God gave us commandments to live by and that is what determines immorality. Just because everyone is doing something, that definitely doesn't make it right. It is best to be chaste if unmarried.

Depends on your views. If you choose a relative morality, where morality is defined by the culture amd views of the players, than in every action, you are both immoral and moral depending on the view. Such a possibility suggest that morality is irrevalent and you can not be immoral. If you choose an absolute morality, then no, because religious freaks call people immoral everyday and then kill them.

Immorality is human nature. Without Christ, it's impossible NOT to be immoral.

Heck no!!!!! Just look at the workings of the House of Representives and the U S Senate. If ever I saw an immoral body, those would be it.

Morality is all about perspective.For instance, in one culture it is immoral to drink alcohol but in another culture it is perfectly ok.Morality is more about society then it is about faith.Morality has even changed over the last two thousand years.So morality by definition is society rather then faith since it is society that has dictated morality and has even changed it's definitions of morality over the ages.

Morals are decided by society. Behaviors that are moral in one society may be immoral in another. Morality is completely subjective and doesn't really exist.

I believe that in Christ it is possible. Without Christ it is virtually impossible.

Scripture teaches:

Psa 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Jud 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

1Pe 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
1Pe 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
