no. any semen or blood would have dried up about 32 hours after ther were exposed to air. You should have gotten help right after the accident.

If you reported the crime when it happened the police will still have the evidence on file. If you did not report, then there will be no evidence of the crime. This is why it is so important for rape victims to report the crime at once because evidence starts to break down immediatly.

Rape as horrible as it is should be attended to immediately. After that you might as well get on with your life.......if you are dwelling on this for years you may have a problem and probably need help. If you are just thinking about revenge or bringing the guy to justice you will have to go about it other ways other than the justice department. Try sugar in the gas tank or other ways of making this guy have a miserable life......the justice system is worthless for people with no proof.....and some times if you do have proof....the proof has to be proved.

in the police evidence bin from where they came out and took evidence when you reported right after it happened ?
Yes that evidence would be on file still
If you mean at the scene or on you, no and even if any was found, it would not be able to be used normally since so much time has passed and the areas would not have been under control

No. As horrible as it is, a victim must come forward for medical evidence gathering immediately.

I don't think there would be any evidence. You should have reported it as soon as it happened.
