yes they do, there are diffrent models of the Razr V3, theres the razr v3i which has a 1.3 megapixel camera on it and a Razr v3x which i think has a 2megapixel camera. either way all models do have camera's:)

Yeah, the regular American GSM V3's have a VGA camera (i.e. a digital 35mm camera)....it sucks.
The European V3x's have a 2 megapixel cam...and it's bangin'.
The European V3i's have a 1.2 megapixel cam....and it's decent.
But the regular one's have a crap camera to be honest.
