I searched and found two sites of interest.

Not sure of the actuall recipe - but incorporating celery seeds and rice wine vinager to any cole slaw recipe takes it to an entirely different level.

I don't know how they make it but it is AMAZING!!! I live just south of the one on Michigan Ave and am going to go see if the chef will share. He is a nice guy and maybe a little schmoozing will get us an answer. If you get it let me know. imsassie2u2@yahoo.com
