My mother is from Spain and so from her I get the love of lime. We put lime in and on everything. My Mom even thinks it cures diseases and upset stomach. I love lime in barbecue, with posole, with rice and beans. Lime is excellent in tea and if you are brave enough lime added with lemon can give water a great zing. Also I like to squeeze fresh lime into my egg batter when I'm cooking fried chicken. So yes, lime is great in tea! (And other things too)

I'm a server in a Mexican food restaurant and many of my customers prefer lime in their tea over lemon. I've never tried it, but then again, I don't like tea.

Yes - sometimes at Spanish restaurants they will give you lime instead of lemon and it tastes really good.

I change between lemons and limes all the time. It's just a nice change.

yea - good. You can substitute lime - anyplace you would use lemon. It's different, but good if you like lime - some people do, others don't.

Yes, fabulous. Have you tried Lipton's citrus green tea? Try lime and/or orange in your tea.
