There’s this strip mall on the University of Wisconsin in Madison that is being demolished. There are a bunch of windows that are just begging to be broken and many of them are already broken. But it’s in a highly visible area. So being that the building is being demolished, about half of it already is, can I help them out by breaking a few windows? Hee, hee.

Hee, hee... Hope you're still laughing when they haul your vandalising *** off! Of course it is still considered vandalism... you are breaking/damaging property that isn't yours.

Once again, this falls into the category "If you have to ask...."

Where I am from, that is vandalism, even if the building is being torn down, because that is someone's property and you can go to jail and be fined.
