Yes! Don't you want your boyfriend or husband or lover to also be your best friend? It is most satisfying to be both emotionally and sexually intimate with someone. I would be flattered if I were you. He is complimenting you and thinks a lot of you. :)

Of course it's good! My husband was my best friend...and we (of course) were intimate. It's a different kind of friendship than you have with your other male friends, but that's ok.
However, if it makes you feel uncomfortable, tell him how you're feeling.

if you mean Intamate Sex. Then yea it is a good thing. at least if he's honest about it. If he is just trying to get into your pants that prettyy cheeeeezy.
If you are not having sex with him. you still may have a chance. the fastest way is to get real drunk one Night (both of you) and Kiss him and just basically Jump him. Trust me even if your not drunk Jump him. (only if he backs away wich is very unlikely then tell him you were dared or you wanted to play a trick on him, or you were High. or Drunk)
