ok i schedule my road test n it finally came today! i was ready n everything. But when i get there i forgot i needed my glasses n my 20 hrs of supervised driving sheet. so i go home n get all that done n im back within 25 minutes n everyone is still there taking it. n he says no! i dunno who signed that (my mom rally did sign it) n he doesnt think these are my glasses. he tells me so before u didnt need glasses and now u need them? n i tell him i dont ordinarally use them but still refuses. n he keeps amking a big deal about my glasses cause i wasnt wearing them the first time. i just didnt like wearing them. so i brought out the old school glasses from 8th grade n with my paper. he keeps saying go back to the dmv n get a new permit that says u dont need glasses then u can take the test. i was about to destroy him so yeah i got to wait 6 more weeks or prolly forever. Isnt that messed up?

Sorry this happened, Wes. At your age 6 weeks does seem like forever, especially when it is the beginning of the summer. Those people get a real chip on their shoulder especially when they're dealing with kids. Just make sure you have everything with you when you go back and if possible, take a parent and that way they won't come up with some other lame reason not to let you take the test. Good luck.

Yes, it's really messed up. Let's figure out who messed it up, and mess HIM up, shall we? You showed up at your appointment time all ready to take your test...EXCEPT...the paper you got from the DMV says you need glasses, and you forgot those. Oh, yeah, and you also needed your signed supervised driving form they needed. So you left to get the things you should have had when you showed up, and finally got back 25 minutes late. You didn't bring mom with, who could have signed in front of him to prove she had signed it, but you didn't.

Yep, that's really messed up. They should have called you just before your appointment to remind you to bring all the things you needed, and they didn't. How terrible.

Shall I assume you were never a boy scout? Motto: Be Prepared. You've got 6 weeks to get things the way they should be, use your time wisely.

sure, it's messed up. they have the power, and the DMV messes with everybody. Trust me, your not the only one, but "destroying" him would not be the solution.
