Probably the turtle. It is greasier meat that rabbit.

I will say the turtle. Turtle soup goes down fast than chewing rabbit.

technically both will reach at the same time as the gastric acid in your stomach dissolved and kills them both. They are digested and mixed into a mixtured called 'chyme'. Then the pyrolic sphincter in your stomach will let out the mixed rabbit and turtle down into your guts in bulks.

Are you eating them when they are still alive?
If so, probably the rabbit. Turtle's shell is too hard. If they're both dead, I guess it really doesn't matter
