Just give him a weird look or roll your eyes obviously and act disgusted or disinterested whenever he says something about sex. Also, don't say anything that he can turn into something dirty or can be interpreted as something relating to sex. Such as if you are speaking about crunchy cookies don't say things like "I like them hard!" It will tend to keep his mind in the gutter, even if you don't mean anything by it.

why? if you are that uncomfortable...don't talk to him, some people enjoy a good conversation about sex. I wouldn't want anyone telling me I had to stick to certain topics while I were around them.

Well, there is a good reason of why he is your "EX".... so you may want to explain to him that its offensive, and if he respects you at all, he will try to change that. Otherwise he may quickly become your "EX-FRIEND" as well.
