I am moving to Scotland to study abroad for 7 months, I no idea the type of papers I need and when I should get these papers because I leave in Feb.

time frame is 45 calendar days from date of application to receive passport. fees are $67.00 + $30.00. this link will have more specific requirements:

you will also need a visa. requirements and contact points are listed below:

You can get passport papers at the post office, get the pictures taken at any AAA. But you have to have a copy of your birth certificate. Should only take 2-3 weeks, tops.

Passports usually run about 98-110 dollars around WV, and It doesn't take long at all, I got mine in One day!! I don't know about in PA, but I'm sure its probably not much diff. Good Luck!!!

I heard a from a friend you can get a passport from the court house in new jersey and he told me it cost $50. Hopefully that helps. :-)

6-8 wks cost =125.00, and I sure would like to know how jll got it in one day.
