Check out Craigslist.org, sometimes people post these items to the public. Or you can call your local school, as well as post an ad on Craigslist.org asking for the items you need, there might be some schools that may even give it to you for nothing.

call local schools - a lot of them will auction off thier old chairs at the end of the year for a great discount - along with any damaged ones (usually they just need a screw replaced or a bit of glue)
