What are the world's 'destinations with potential?'?

Potential for being great tourist destinations that is. Places which are just about to take off, like say, Prague about 10 years ago. I think Buenos Aires. I was there a couple of months ago and it has a fun and kinetic energy, and style which make it like the New York AND Paris of South America all in one.
I also think Mozambique could have great potential if they can get their infrastructure sorted out. The country has African and European cultures, and superb natural scenery including stunning beaches. Its climate is also fantastic (especially in March/April) and its prices low.

now that it gained its independence Montenegro has great chances. They have a beautiful coastline with the longest sandy beach on the Adriatic, mountainous parts close to the shore which could be turned into ski resorts. Besides, Montenegro is close to Croatia and Albania which is an excellent opportunity for one day trips. But, Montenegro will have to invest a gret deal of money into their run-down hotels and infrastructure.

Based on what you're saying, I think the Mavs would be the best place for A.I. The thing is, we have not seen Iverson play with a star big-man. This is only if Kidd leaves though.

for me that would be livingstone in zambia....... the tourist arrival figures have been growing greatly the past two years and it seems its gonna go on like this for some time

i think alot of places in africa...
