But the carpets have been shampoed, etc I don't know what else to do with her. we' have sprayed the yard with bug repellents, weed repellents. She does do good and won't go in the house. Any help will be usefull. Thx

I dont know how much help this will be, if she is a submissive dog she may consider it wrong to "do" her business in an area where she can smell that another dog has "been".
This may sound gross, but you could put on rubber gloves and gather her monuments and place several of them in the far corner of your yard, closest to where she goes in the neighbors yard..... When you let her out to pottie, keep her in that one area for as long as possible. When she smells her own scent, maybe she will think that small part of the yard belongs to her and she will feel comfortable and safe using it.
Dogs, wolfs, and all canines are very "rank" conscious. They have a certain order that members of the pack MUST follow.
I.E. the lead dog gets to eat first and eat the most. When she goes to pee pee all the others go pee pee in the same area. It is their way of communicating. That was why I mentioned that she may consider herself a submissive member.
I really have no idea if this will work or not, but it is worth a try if you are not totally against leaving a pile of monuments in your yard. Hopefully it will work and you can clean up the area once she is comfortable with the idea that the corner spot of the yard belongs to her.

I have found that it is a territory issue. People say your dog will mark his/her territory but sometimes they are rebellious in a way. I have 2 Rottweilers and they did that before. The only way I got them to use our yard was to not let them go in the other yards and finally they started going. Or you could (may sound gross) catch some of their urine in a cup and then pour it in your yard where you want them to go.

dogs are very finicky sometimes about defecating in their area. It is about the same as a dog that will not relieve himself in his cage. They will choose a territorial spot to do their thing. Most common dogs will always defecate in an adjacent yard or such away from their home territory. This is a hard thing to break them of without causing problems. I recommend one of those underground fences.

its your dogs way of telling u it doesn't like the new place. the dog doesn't like it so much it won't even **** there! try this.. bring dirt or leaves over to your yard from the yards your dog will poop in and see what happens.

Perhaps it is all the repellents that you sprayed, that is offending her.
