I work for a car dealer ship. If you have worked 6 months and over the age of 18 you might need a co-signer for your first vehicle . If that is not possible then go to your bank and see if you can borrow $1000 dollars but it away and make the first 2 payments then take the remainder of the money and pay off the loan early. That way you can prove you have a credit history. Or try to get a credit card and charge only what you can pay off right away. Some dealerships have first time Bayer program es you might want to call around you area and see if any do , then talk to there financial people . Hope that helped

There's always a trick to it. Don't trust car places. My boyfriend had the same problem. Try building up credit with the Orchard Bank credit card. It's one of the only (and one of the best) cards out there for helping people with no credit and bad credit build up some. I did a lot of research on it before applying my boyfriend for it.

Good luck!

Save up and buy once you can afford it. It will save you lots over the years if you avoid credit altogether.

Go to a reputable dealer---they will generally finance a used car if you make sufficient down payment.
