ask them out duh! just get to know them first and then make the move 1.say a complement by sayin i like what u r wearing today...just dont go over your limit cuz then she can tell that u like her and makes a girl shy towards u and not wanting to talk to u.2.be yourself k.3.dont even try to be friends wit her cuz then when u ask her out she wont feel comfortanble being your friend...trust me on that cuz it happened to me..she'll think u were only being her friend just to get close to her and she wont like that.4go baby steps on her like ....flirting wit a girl in front of her and she will be jealous...so that way she has the guts to ask u out first.5.....dont act like u r the player either....have little chats wit her and be funny but u at the same time .show how funny and fun u can be and you probably have it from there.
