I am on a low carbohydrate diet to control diabetes (low number) without medications which made me very sick. I am going out to dinner with friends and need to know before I get there how many carbohydrates does this particular entree allow.

It would be okay except for the rice. A cup of cooked rice is between 35 & 40 Grams.

Why not just order one of their Atkins selections. Those will list the net carbs. The meal you ask about comes with rice and brocolli.
