This may sound weird, but reduce the amount of times you wash your hair a week.
Dandruff is a direct result of a dry scalp. In the summer with all the heat your hair also tends to get dryer than it would in the winter or fall. So try washing your hair every other day and conditioning it regularly.
Some dandruff shampoos don't work, because they simply dry out your hair more. So if you are going to switch shampoos I would encourage you to switch to a moisturizing shampoo. But make sure that you condition your hair on a regular basis, conditioning helps maintain moisture in your hair and provides body and shine. If all else fails contact your beautician to figure out what products are best for your hair type.
Good Luck!

You should wash your hair more often than you have done so, as in 3 times a day. You should use a natural product of God's - apple cider vinegar. You can buy it pretty cheaply at your nearby chain store. It has worked for me and I know that you will be successful in getting rid of the dandruff. Put God first in your life and everything else will fall into perfect order. Read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) and show God respect for overseeing your life in all concerns. It is a powerfully wonderful psalm with real impact. Read Psalm 4 for (Safety and Protection) to protect you from the unknowns in this world. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

Try a shampoo for it.
Such as Head and Shoulders or Selsum Blue. I have
a family member that used Selsum Blue and it worked
pretty well for them. If you go into the hair care section
of a store, you will find a variety of dandruff shampoos.

You may want to try Pantene Anti-Dandruff for women of color, ( you don't have to be of color tho to use it). MY husband had lots of Dandruff and that is what he used. It helped him a lot. good luck.

A great home remedy is to rinse your hair in vingar before you shampoo, like once a month. You hair will be shinier and no more flakes!
