Ask your family doctor to give you a drug test. Tell him that you don't know if you are taking them or not. A drug test will clear up any doubts you may have.
If you are not taking drugs, the drug test will reveal that. It might also trigger the physician to order a psychological evaluation to discover if there is a reason to think that your thoughts are not in order.
If the test does reveal you are taking drugs, the doctor would be happy to refer you to drug treatment. If that were to happen, it would be a great opportunity to avoid the alternatives to going to the doctor, like having a policeman find out you are taking drugs when you didn't even know it, or the courts or the jailer at the county jail.
Find out. It is a truly liberating experience to find out more than anyone else can only guess.

I dont know what you mean by this, if you are taking them, you would know you are. But If you want to be technical, anyone that has caffein every day takes drugs, because that alone is a drug.

Why don't you try a home drug test? Oh, and also a mirror. If the lady in the mirror starts doing drugs, you may have a problem.
