I think for a guy it depends on the game and the girl. If the girl wants to do something and it happens to be on a Sunday afternoon during football season, the guy has to decide. Personally, I don't mind missing a game if its pre-season or a regular season game that doesn't matter too much to hang with a girl, as long as its only occasionally that she wants to do that. After all, there are 6 other days in a week. During the playoffs, it is much more of an issue for me. And don't even try putting anything in front of the Super Bowl! Go Cowboys! Lol. A girl needs to find a guy who's not particularly interested in watching sports. A girl might consider dating someone who's actually graduated from college and has more interests than watching men throw balls at each other.

I hate football. I would rather play a sport than watch it and drink beer.
Much more than that I would rather go for long walks with you and my dogs, sit in a coffee house and BS.......or tie you down to my bed.
Also the bring a girl thing is a big bonus.
