I thought it would be fun to do, my office is pretty laid back. Any thoughts: cookies, cake, ice cream? Any suggestions or recipes welcome! Thanks!

You should do cupcakes. No knife and fork messes, very cute and cheap.

This is so yummy. Dont let the name fool you. Thought it would be good to share, because it is so easy to make, makes a lot of servings and is different, so people would enjoy it.
Garbage Candy Recipe
cornflake gobs covered in chocolate and peanut butter.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups corn flakes
15-30 servings ready in 15 minutes 5 mins prep
Heat sugar, corn syrup and cocoa in a heavy sauce pan to boiling and then remove.
Add peanut butter, cornflakes, and vanilla.
Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet (line with foil or wax paper sprayed with Pam).
Let cool.

Have u ever heard of strawberry-pretzel salad? It's a cream cheese/jello based dessert with crushed/sweetened pretzels used for the crust...it's da bomb. Easy, inexpensive and delicious...
