This guy I know has winked at me after a conversation a couple of times with a really big smile. He has flirted with me before, but it's been like 6 months that I've known him. Doesn't seem like he's ever going to ask me out. But do you think he at least finds me cute?

Probably not. If you guys have fun, flirtatious conversations that always end with a wink and a smile, but he never asks you out...then he probably realizes you're attracted to him, but doesn't find you attractive. In other words you're a nice girl and he enjoys talking to you...but he doesn't want to become more than friends.
The other option would be he's too shy to ask you out, but guys like that usually don't use the wink move (rather, a sheepish glance in your direction from time-to-time).

sure he does! but there are also alot of reasons why this guy may have the winking disease. Probably because that's in his nature like a trade mark sort of thing? or perhaps this is his way of letting you know you are one of his most favourite, well-treasured valued 'friend' haha. Or maybe he just has something caught in his eyes all the time. Anyway, i say cut out all the winking and do something already! haha. If he ever does it again, grab him and kiss him hahaha It's never a bad thing for the girl to make the first move.
