The fullness of God's Spirit. Jesus was blessed with the fullness of God's Spirit as was prophesied in Isaiah 11:1-2. Seven is the number of completion, or the blessing, or the healing, or the rest in Christ, etc....
Isaiah 1:1-2 is written, "Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, And a branch from his roots will bear fruit And the Spirit of the Lord (YHVH) will rest on Him, The spirit of wisdom & understanding, The spirit of counsel and strength, The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord (YHVH).".

The "sevenfold spirit of God" is a terminology used in the Bible to describe the Holy Spirit who is Deity, omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient. He is full, complete, and lacks nothing. His sevenfold aspects show the fullness of His perfection, character, and might.
