I went to a weeklong quaker retreat last week, i was there with my boyfriend, and we went off together, and...i let him get his hand down my pants, and at the time, i really didn't mind, but later he was all like "i'm sorry if i went to far today" and stuff like that, and now i'm wondering, should i have minded? cause now i sort of feel like a whore because i didn't mind.

Good news...that does not a whore make! Just because you liked it is not a qualifier for being a whore. If you didn't mind then you shouldn't feel bad. You're reading too much into it. If you indeed enjoyed yourself, let your boyfriend know. If you're not ready to go any further with him, let him know that too, and take your time until you're ready for anything else.

Why should you mind? If he's your boyfriend, and you like and respect each other, there's nothing wrong with being physically intimate. It's part of life and completely natural. I think the reason your boyfriend apologized is because he sensed that you were feeling guilty about it and blamed himself.
There is NO reason to feel guilty, enjoying the physical part of a relationship for two mature people is not only natural, it's good.

You need to have boundaries and you need to protect your body until you get married there is nothing you can learn now that cannot wait until you find that mate to spend your life with do you not go to church or read your bible what you are doing is a sin and we all are curious but in this day it can kill you or ruin your life some bad stufff is given just by touching and it will not ever go away pray to God and He will help you be wise sve yourself for the special person that will come into your life

at your age it isnt unusual for a guys and girls to feel a little uncomfortable with what has happened, especially unplanned events like you describe. he is unsure where he should be and you did not mind yet do not want ot feel like you were bad. if you thought it was nice, do not feel bad about it. it is just one of those things that you do when as you experience life.
make sure to be safe, if it goes further, have the guy wear a condom. good luck

First of all how old are you? Second tell him you kind of liked it and that you will let him know when he's going to far. He is just making sure you aren't feeling bad about the whole situation. He needs to know how you feel.

i dont know, if you really love him then i dont see a real problem but its at least nice to know he has strong feelings for your privacy. shows he really likes you. If you didnt mind then im guessing it just shows that you really love him not that your a whore.
