There are no guarantees because everyone reponds differently to different meds. As far as I know, the only substance with hard clinical trial verification is minoxidil, which is the active ingredient on Rogaine and is available over the counter.

Sometimes Biotin taken daily. It takes about 3 mo. to see results. My doctor advised me 4 yrs. ago take it daily. My problem was Alecia and my hair totally fell out in days. After weeks of test trying to find the cause, biotin was low, it is important for the pancreas. It worked for me, my hair grew back thick as ever.
But do discuss this supplement with your doctor first.

I know one substance usually used in curing baldness. It's called Minoxidil. Actually it's the generic name for a hypertension remedy, but if used on the skin it can stimulate a new hair-growth. It's available in cream/lotion. Consult the nearest physician or pharmacy in your city for next information.

This is what depends upon our genes and it is also person can get in heridity. So not a single medicine will help you for that so just do not worry about this and to save whatever you have you can have healthy food with protein like soya to solve this problem.
