pineapple wrapped with bacon.
cook the bacon half done, wrap it around pineapple pieces, secure it with toothpicks, and broil til done.
It's gooood!!!

My signature appetizer is what I call a finger salad. 2 medium endives, leaves seperated, 1 cup halved cherry tomatos, 1 cup halved pitted kalamata olives, 1/2 cup crumbled feta, 1bunch fresh basil finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2Tbsp basalmic vinegar, salt......mix together and spoon into the endive leaf....everyone seems to love this

BLT Dip
1Lb bacon cooked and chopped
1 C sour cream
1C mayo
about 1 1/2 C chopped tomatoes
Mix all ingredients and store in fridge 6 hours or overnight(overnight is best). Then serve with wheat thins. Enjoy!!!

baby carrots with ranch dip or tortilla chips with salsa....while watching "Casablanca" or "My Girl Friday" or "To Kill a Mockingbird" or "It's a Wonderful Life" on VHS....with my wife & daughter....Long Live the old classic flicks..
