I passed out in my backyard, laid out there for about 15-20 minutes.bit my tounge and lip in three spots. Tounge is swelled and it hurts to talk, eat or drink. back of tounge is bruised.

dang that hurts i bet. rinse with salt water several times a day and if your lacerations on your tongue are really bad- go see the dentist so he can stitch you up

Ibuprophen is the best! Buy ot over the counter. Take 600 or 800 Mg every 6 to 8 hours.

See a doctor.

Stop biting you tougue!

If it's a cold sore, you can put an Asprin or Vitamin C on it. It'll hurt at first, but soon the pain will be gone!

It sounds like you had a seizure, you need to look in to that soon.
About your tongue do some warm salt rinses it well help it to heal faster.

why did you pass out? too much sun/ no fluids?gargle with warm salt water after you eat or drink if you cut your tongue and chew on ice cubes. thats what you do with a tongue ring.
