Who cares what he drives if you have to spend hours of your time with someone you don't like.
I'd much rather spend time with someone I respect and admire, someone I have fun with & enjoy being with than being with someone cos I want people to look at the car I'm in. That's really shallow & pathetic & cruel cos you are stopping that guy from finding someone decent to be with just cos you are self centred enough to want people to look at you
