Does anyone know what an unconditional citizen is and what it takes to have them removed for the US? Links appreciated to any information provided. The "unconditional citizen" is back $15000+ in child support for a child he had with a US citizen. He is divorcing his second wife and has had 2 additional children. He won't get a job and says that he can't get a job due to his status.

I have worked for the INS/CBP for 10 years and have never heard of a "Unconditional Citizen"

Call your local police dept. and get the information to get in touch with the child welfare agency there, if he's that far behind in child support, that means he's beyond delinquent, and that can land him in jail. The new push is to deport illegals who are in the Big House, they should get around to him by, hmm, 2084 or so...
