Yes it is, as "Fruit Technologies" - though sounding like a plural noun, is really the singular name of just one company - therefore you use "has" instead of have, even though it doesn't quite sound right. The use of the word "our" is correct if this is from some sort of literature, promotion or advertisement which they, the company have issued.

However, if "Fruit Technologies" is a conglomerate or group of companies, then using "have" would be preferred to using "has."

And change the spelling of "agressive" to "aggressive."

Not entirely convinced as i dont think that you can have has and our in the same sentence...i believe that it would be 'Have worked hard' even though it is a name of a company it is still a plural....or if you are going to have 'has' change the sentence to 'Fruit Technologies has worked hard to earn the reputation for being one of America's most agressive firms'....

Style-wise, yes, probably accepted as correct.

But if you really want to be technically correct:

Fruit Technologies has worked hard to earn its reputation as one of America's most agressive firms.

I don't think it is technically unless you would say "Bob has worked hard to earn my reputation as..." Third Person should stay third person...but I know a ton of places that speak like this is reference to themselves

No - you have to use 'have' and 'their' or 'has' and 'its' otherwise you are mixing singular verbs and bla bla ' Fruit Technologies has worked hard to earn its' or 'Fruit Technologies have worked hard to earn their' or 'We at Fruit Technologies have worked hard to earn our'
