The devil, could desire to intend a lot of issues, in case you mean became the fallen Angel Lucifer born on 6.6.2006 then no. As, in accordance to the Bible, the Angels (and for this reason the devils) predate the earth.

Amusing story...but the devil himself has been on the earth since the time of Adam and Eve the Anti-Christ might well have been born but I seriously doubt that this is him..The bible states that the nuber of the beast is 666 doesnt indicate the date of his birth or birth weight and such...but it is very interesting none the less...definitely could be an Omen of sorts no pun intended.

The devil was not born but created. Ezekiel 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. The beast (antichrist) will not be born but resurrected. Revelation 17: 8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

"It has been believed heretofore in the world that there is one devil that presides over the hells; that he was created an angel of light; but having become rebellious he was cast down with his crew into hell. This belief has prevailed because the devil and satan, and also lucifer, are mentioned by name in the Word, and the Word in those places has been understood according to the sense of the letter. But by "devil" and "satan" there hell is meant, "devil" meaning the hell that is behind, where the worst dwell, who are called evil genii; and "satan" the hell that is in front, where the less wicked dwell, who are called evil spirits; and "lucifer" those that belong to Babel, or Babylon, who would extend their dominion even into heaven. That there is no one devil to whom the hells are subject is evident also from this, that all who are in the hells, like all who are in the heavens, are from the human race (see n. 311-317); and that those who have gone there from the beginning of creation to this time amount to myriads of myriads, and every one of them is a devil in accord with his opposition to the Divine while he lived in the world" (Heaven and Hell n. 544).

well with all this information I just read. I think it did. But the devil has been born along time ago. This might be the antichrist.that is probably what you are trying to ask right.

I doubt it. Many say the 666 refers to Nero. Others say the Antichrist has been living among us for a long time already. I say we won't know until he rises to power.

no the devil was not born, he was created but not as a bad angel we was created good, but he made himself bad. he wanted humans to worship him not Jehovah God so he made himself the devil. remember the devil is down here on earth (in spirit) causing all kinds of trouble for us.
