Yes, my mom makes the best hamburgers i have ever eaten. I learned a lot from her but I can make some pretty good burgers myself. First, ya get the burger meat ready before making the patties and put some adobo in it and mix it good then put some pepper if the adobo doesn't have it. And you can add some weichsier or however you spell it, and then cook it to ur perfection and have some good eaten.

I'm the mom and my family says I make great hamburgers. It's very simple. I add onion soup mix to the hamburger. Shape into patties and cook.

Well, all she does is buy the hamburger patty from the store and fry it. After that, we add cheese, ketchup and the bun. I haven't ate a hamburger in 10 years; right after I stop eating beef. However, I do eat turkey burgers once in a couple years.

Not my mom, but I got a great recipe, given to me: Make your own homemade barbecue sauce, blend it the hamburger, in a bowl, mix it all really good! Then, form your shapes, place on the "Barbie", and enjoy! Then, the none barbecue, version, I myself love, love love garlic!!! I put freshly diced garlic, a tad of salt, in the bowl with hamburger! Shape two seperate, flat patties, times however many people your cooking for. Get some sharp Cheddar Cheese. Slice good reasonably sized squares, of the cheese, place on one of the round-flat hamburger patties. Then, place the other pattie, on top of the cheese one, and pinch the ends. Place either, on the "Barbie", or on the stove's frying pan. And cook on low-medium heat. But dont smash them with your spatula, to speed up the process, just cook sooner, if your starving, or make a small vegee & dip, platter, before, to hold your guests over, until dinner is ready... That way you can take your time with, you burgers, cooking on low-medium, heat. This will not only make the cheese melt all over your pan, but keep all those "Wonderful" nutrients in the garlic, still by cooking on low-medium. Garlic, is a cancer fighter, you dont want to cook that out of it!! ENJOY!!!

Not anymore (she died 13 years ago), but my mom was the best cook in the world. So, yes, she made the greatest hamburgers I've ever eaten.

My mom gave me this recipe years ago:

3 lbs. ground beef (85 % lean)
1 lbs. Pork (ground)
Grind both together and regrind 2x's...I ask my corner deli man to do this...makes the meat fine and smooth.

>Add dash of salt and about 1 tsp. pepper.
>Add 1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
>Add either finely chopped onion....about 1/4 cup
or add fresh chive (from my garden or produce dept) 1/4cup finely chopped.
> Add Worcestershire's to taste ...5-10 Tbsp.

Blend together by hand, form patties...grill gently on med heat for about 5-10 minutes to desired doneness.

Garnish with your favorite toppings!!!!

Enjoy..... Makes 12 burgers of mouthwatering perfection!!!
