Can anyone give me info on Kairos?

Question

Our church is into a movement that is supposed to offer Healing to the emotionally hurting. It is called Kairos. I know the basic info is about it, I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could give me a testimony about how it has impacted your life, Positively or negatively?
