Heat causes matter to expand, this includes human tissue. More heat in the summer may cause bloody noses for some when blood vessels in the nose expand and break.

i agree with the 1st guy. the nasal passage has to stay moist and in the summer the heat and dry air cause the mucus membranes to dry out and crack causing bloody noses.. you can try to use a humidifier..

because its hot and dry and that dries up your nose which makes it easier to get a bloody nose, from say, exercise and such

depending on where you live...alot of climates are alot "dryer" in the summer
