If someone dropped it right in front of me I'd run after them, and hope that someone would do it for me too...

Did u see the person drop it or did u just find it? B/c the is 2 completely different stories. If I'd seen them drop it I would run after them & give it back. But if I just randomly found it on the street, I would pocket it.

I would go after the person if I saw who dropped it . If I didn't see who dropped it I would take it to the nearest police station as I told my young daughter to hand money she found to a shop assistant and on following it up she denied any money had been handed in. This was a very bad example to any child and they cannot then be blamed if they decide to keep found money at a later stage.

If I did not see the person drop it I would hand it in to the police station after waiting more than an hour to get served

I would look around to see if I could find the person who dropped it. If I couldn`t I might take it home and look in the lost and found in the local paper to see if anyone had lost it. If not I would keep it.

I would repatriate the $20 There saying they need it, inflation and all.
The £10 I would give to a nice old lady who I thought needed it, I know that I would have to force it on her but I would make up a story to convince her to take it.
And then I would feel good.
See I'm just as selfish as the next person.

It depends on who dropped it...if they were v.old or v.young then I'd give it back. I I didnt see who dropped it or it was someone who looks like they not short of money I'd keep it.

If i saw the person who dropped it, i would decide on the look of the person, if i did'nt see who dropped it, straight into pocket.these answers would be totally different if it was in a work environment. im assuming we're out in the street.
