She pees in the potty very well, all by herself, but she won't poop there. She only poops in her diaper. Please help.

I had the same problem with my daughter. She would pee and that was it, and so i bought the biggest bag of m&m's out there and told her that once she went poop on the potty, the whole bag was hers. (the amount she had at one time of course would be at my discretion but they don't see things that way of course, he he) Took a few hours for her to finally do it but sometimes rewards do work.

This is the labor of love part. You have to be there to coax them. Sometimes poop hurts and the toilet seat is less comfortable than just bracing yourself in the stooping position, standing or laying. So, when they are on the potty, you keep them there longer, or if you hear the slightest grunt, or exhibits that gas is taking place, you wisk them to the potty and keep them there, knowing you have other things to do, keep them occupied on that potty. Give them your own stories about doing the poop that made you grow into a big girl. The added attention will make them get through it just for privacy's sake.

in time she will just keep working with her. do not yell at her or punish her for not doing it though you'll only make it worse
or you could trade her in for a better model like mine when he turned 3 we got him some new under pants for his b-day and told him not to get them dirty that was 1year ago and to this day he has not wore a diaper not even to bed and honestly he's only peed the bed three times
good luck too you

give her M&M's when she does and then gradually start taking away a few M&M's until there is no reward and it's a normal thing to her.

Let it stay in there as long as you can stand it. This will make it uncomfortable for her. I dont envy you, my daughter was trained at 14 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
