How should I go directly to Windows whenever I come from the standby or hibernate mode of Windows XP?

Windows shows one login screen where I have to press enter.
How should I go directly to windows ...and no need to click enter first ftom Login screen?

Right click an empty space on the desktop and go into Properties from the menu that appears.
Go to the screen saver tab
Uncheck the box that says "On resume, password protect"
