well you sound like like a bahai as far as accepting all the majore religions as having some truth but with some utiltarian univerasalists ideas as well from what i skimmed i'm guessing you are very tolerant of others right to believe in whatever you want and stress some individuality of discovering for yourself your own spirituality and what god is about (very unitarian universalist). I'd agree with most of what you say but i'm guessing you believe in hindu karma not buddhist karma so there we differ a bit. I think its superstitious nonsense to think there is good and bad energie thats gonna come back to you. Only if you do good you will feel good about yourself and well if you lead a bad life your going to feel bad about yourself and live in a state of hell. Buddhist karma is simply cause and effect which i agree with, you do good things most the time good things are gonna come your way as an effect of your choices. This doesnt' mean if i call you fat my cat will die the next day as a result. Sorry I am unable to give you a suggstion for a name for it as it is already taken ideas from different sources.

I have created my own religion.
I believe that there is a cosmically Divine Energy that flows through us and each and everything through out this existence. I believe that we are physical representations of our own Higher Self - our own little piece of this energy - and I think we direct it with our minds. I think we have each come here to learn something special, something specific - and I think that we have each carefully chosen who we are, where and when we are and who we have come here with (that is, we picked our parents and some of the others we meet here). I think that our minds are our primary connection to "home" and that they send what we think about, and that is why it is so important for us to be positive and try to think and meditate on the desired outcome rather than the problem itself.
Other than that, I think that Megami of Nekro (above) is spot on. Those are my own guiding principles - particularly Do Unto Others as you would have them Do Unto You. In fact I think that one is so good that is really all you need - that and Live and let Live.

Been there and done that!
Members of Alcoholics Anonymous are encouraged to seek "a God of their own understanding." Sometimes, it means firing the God of your upbringing and seeking a relationship with a new understanding. It is important to note however that it is also a basic tenent of "The Program," through prayer and meditation to improve your conscious contact with God, as you understand Him. The AA program itself was never meant to be a religion on to itself and there is no official God of AA. The founder Bill W. said, "AA is a Spiritual Kindergarten." It is the getting on point, not the getting off point. MANY recovered alcoholics (including myself) end up full circle with the God of their upbringing, seen for the first time through different (sober) eyes.

Equal rights for all, regardless of gender, race, sexuality, etc
A special repect for the young and the elderly
A tollerance towards animals and a basis in nature
The idea that there is a natural balence in and of the earth, and that we must be careful not to disharmonise it
No sex outside of marriage, except in special circumstances (such as 2 persons trying to realise their sexuality - there would be marriage for homo- and hetero- sexuals)
Do not murder, lie, cheat, or steal
Respect everyone, and treat them as you would like to be treated
Worship should be personal, and personal prophecy should not be shared with others
Sexual proffanity, bad language, violence are bad bad bad
I'm sure there would be other rules i'd like to put in, but I can't think of any others right at the moment!

Reality, and I would not refer to it as a religion, I'd deem it a wiser system of learning, and understanding the human species, and FYI, anyone can do this in America, so long as no harm comes to those involved, and no laws are broken.

Hey kura,
You should check out my question about a name for my new movement. It is a revolt against any spiritual entity, good, bad or otherwise, that would have us humans as servants of any kind. We serve humanity and noone else! I would be happy to hear any feedback you have.
Greet the new day!
Jack

A belief in all things good. The power of light and the power of God's nature. Love and compassion. Things that the people of this world have forgotten.

My religion would not get involved in politics like the Vatican constantly does...they should stick to the God business or we'll take their tax-exempt status away.
