Yes, generally it will. Most states participate in a data exchange system that tracks violations nation-wide. Insurance companies participate in the system as well. It may take a while for the data to make it to your state but it will get there eventually.

Some states will track the points as of the date of conviction while others will trace the points as of the date that they become aware of them.

in most states they do, if you licenses has been suspended in one state, then it will also be suspended in another state, for example, if your licenses has been suspended or has points on it in Pennsylvania, and you move to Massachusettes ( sp ) then they will add the points to your licenses there when you apply for a new one, that is why there is usually a 60 day waiting period in most states to determine residency before you can change your licenses over to the new state

most ins. companies can get MVR info from any of the United States. so if your ins. co. checks MVR and runs for any of the states- then yes, they will see your out of state ticket.
