I'm really curious about it, and would like to have one to surprise my husband with it, but I'm concerned about the pain. Any tips?

a bikini wax is nuffin compared to a brazilian wax! tht wud b a real surprise!... to answer ur question, no it rlly doesnt hurt tht much, apart frm initial pain after the jerk. what u shud b concerned bout is the hygiene issue. ask for cellophane sheets to b used... oh n after ur waxing session, u shud apply sme lacto calamine lotion especially since the area u want to wax if more sensitive than most of the others.. try also not to wear ne tight clothes after the waxing session, u may end up wit blisters! good luck!

Honestly i get them all the time! and i go a little further and get a Brazilian wax. for your first time it will be uncomfortable but the pain goes rather fast. the wax is so hot that's mainly what you feel and after she ripes it off a little stinging. its not as bad as it sounds i promise. lol good luck
PS: you can get the same effect by using Nair or any other brand of at home waxing kit. they make all kinds and they are not nearly as uncomfortable.

I don't think it's too bad, but you can always take two advil 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment and it should help! Also, be sure to try different technicians at your place...some are better than others!
