i left him cos he forced me to do things.so he is spreading rumours about me.dont knw wht to do.becos it hurts a lot.i realy loved him and it hurts a lot.

This should definitely be a learning experience for you. From what you have said it sounds like he just filled your head up with a bunch of BS so that he could take advantage of you. Since you can't change the past, the best thing you can do is move forward and make good life choices to prevent this from occurring again. The next time a guy tells you he loves you evaluate the situation to see if what he is saying is credible. Words are so empty when there are no actions there to back them up.

He is a complete and total jerk. (No offense). If he really loved you, he wouldn't be spreading rumors. But don't sink down to his level by spreading rumors. Try to make him change. Try and make him want you back. Make him jealous, flirt with guys infront of him. But refuse (when he asks for you back) a couple of times. THEN when you have thought that he has changed say yes! hes not worth it at all..i myself have been with a guy like that and their just full of crap. i regret ever going out with him cause he ruined my reputation. i understand how muchh it hurts you, but in the long run hes the one who loses in this situation.
